Prism Collective was born in the south-eastern suburbs of Melbourne, from a desire to create ethical streetwear that is accessible to everyone.
Prism steps away from the fast fashion movement, giving you the chance to shop affordable clothing without skimping on quality. We pay the extra cost to ensure our garments are produced in fair working conditions.
Oxfam reports a large portion of workers who produce clothing for high profile clothing companies are young women (aged 17-24). These women are often forced to endure: “low wages and long hours in dangerous and hostile conditions.”
When you purchase a Prism garment, you’re helping support ethical manufacturing and fair working conditions, as put forth by the International Labour Organisation. We’re also invested in the growth of local businesses. Each Prism product is screen-printed by hand or embroidered in Melbourne
Whether it's working closely with independent artists or sketching our ideas on a notepad, we aim to bring a fresh approach to local streetwear. Our designs are made to seamlessly fit into any wardrobe.
